Going forward, after dust storms best practice is to sweep all dust to deep end of pool and not rely on pool vac alone to clean up the dust as pool vac hose was twisting up often for the next week.

I have dogs (not mean, just yappy), so someone must be home to keep the dogs inside while the pool is being serviced. Several times I have asked TruBlu to change my service day to accommodate a last minute schedule change on my part, and they have always done so graciously. Great customer service!

I hired Joe after being dissatisfied with my previous pool company and he has not disappointed. Joe has been very honest and responsive. He shows up on a consistent basis (day & time frame as scheduled) and I receive updates after pool is serviced with photos. He comes during daylight hours which I appreciate (my previous service came while it was still dark and how can you adequately service a pool when it is pitch black out)? My pool looks better than it has in quite a long time and I owe it all to Joe. Pricing is reasonable and on point with quotes I had received from other companies as well. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and will get your pool on tip top shape contact Joe and you’ll be very happy you did!
